大學(xué)公共俄語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革之我見(jiàn)的開(kāi)題報(bào)告

摘 要：大學(xué)公共俄語(yǔ)改革從哪個(gè)方面著手一直是俄語(yǔ)教學(xué)人員思考的問(wèn)題。對(duì)此，很多俄語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作人員也提出了自己的意見(jiàn)，希望打破傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

一、影響公共俄語(yǔ)教學(xué)的因素

首先，高校對(duì)公共俄語(yǔ)的重視力度不夠。在校園學(xué)習(xí)中，大部分學(xué)生都會(huì)將精力放在專業(yè)課中，公共俄語(yǔ)僅限于考試，沒(méi)有太大的興趣和要求，而公共俄語(yǔ)固定的教學(xué)模式無(wú)意中為俄語(yǔ)教學(xué)帶來(lái)了斷檔期，讓俄語(yǔ)知識(shí)掌握始終不牢靠。

其次，中學(xué)與大學(xué)俄語(yǔ)完全處于脫臼的狀態(tài)，當(dāng)學(xué)生進(jìn)入大學(xué)后面臨高難度的俄語(yǔ)，詞語(yǔ)難度與單詞量大大提升，短時(shí)間內(nèi)學(xué)生很難適應(yīng)。另外，受應(yīng)試教育的影響，一切都由老師掌控，所以學(xué)生形成了依賴意識(shí)，認(rèn)為按照老師的要求做就可。當(dāng)大學(xué)知識(shí)突然拓寬，教學(xué)理念和模式改變，要求學(xué)生獨(dú)自駕馭新知識(shí)時(shí)，很多學(xué)生都會(huì)掉隊(duì)。

二、大學(xué)公共俄語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革的設(shè)想

1.增加經(jīng)費(fèi)投入，優(yōu)化課程安排

在大學(xué)公共俄語(yǔ)教學(xué)上，為了提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量與效率，校方應(yīng)該給予足夠的重視，并且加大資金投入。根據(jù)學(xué)校公共俄語(yǔ)教學(xué)設(shè)置，在教學(xué)環(huán)境與設(shè)備允許的.狀態(tài)下，結(jié)合專業(yè)俄語(yǔ)的教學(xué)流程與經(jīng)驗(yàn)，開(kāi)設(shè)聽(tīng)說(shuō)課程。在開(kāi)始學(xué)俄語(yǔ)時(shí)，花時(shí)間幫助學(xué)生糾正語(yǔ)音，并且進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練，這樣既能正確發(fā)音，又能加強(qiáng)記憶。

2.培養(yǎng)俄語(yǔ)教學(xué)人才，提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)

在俄語(yǔ)教學(xué)中，校方應(yīng)該聘任專業(yè)并且有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的俄語(yǔ)老師教學(xué)，并且定期對(duì)其進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)和進(jìn)修，以提高語(yǔ)言應(yīng)用和教學(xué)能力。

在教學(xué)隊(duì)伍能夠跟上教學(xué)理念革新的情況下，老師再根據(jù)學(xué)生的具體情況，尋找適合學(xué)生的教學(xué)方式，改變考過(guò)四級(jí)不再碰俄語(yǔ)的觀念，這樣才能提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)。

3.加強(qiáng)情感教學(xué)

從現(xiàn)行的俄語(yǔ)教學(xué)來(lái)看：老師必須充分認(rèn)識(shí)到傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)的弊端，將教學(xué)過(guò)程轉(zhuǎn)變成學(xué)生為主體的教學(xué)，充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造性、主動(dòng)性與積極性，讓學(xué)生成為學(xué)習(xí)的主人。在情感滲透中拉近師生距離，這樣教學(xué)就不再是簡(jiǎn)單的知識(shí)傳輸，而是培養(yǎng)情操與品德的殿堂。

為了讓學(xué)生的俄語(yǔ)水平達(dá)到熟練應(yīng)用的程度，必須拋棄一勞永逸的學(xué)習(xí)方法，從基礎(chǔ)問(wèn)題著手，考慮學(xué)生的接受力和學(xué)習(xí)積極性，在不斷鞏固知識(shí)的同時(shí)促進(jìn)教學(xué)改革，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
